You can choose to temporarily disable your account or permanently close it. Disabling your account can only be done by you in the app, while account closure is permanent and requires assistance from our support team.

Disable Your Account

You can temporarily disable your account at any time for added security. When your account is disabled, your funds will remain secure, but you will not be able to:

  • Deposit USD
  • Make trades
  • Spend with your CoinZoom Visa Card
  • Withdraw crypto or USD

To disable your account in the mobile app, tap More on the bottom navigation menu → SecurityDisable Account. You'll be prompted to complete two-factor authentication (2FA). Once verified, your account will be discabled. You can re-enable your account at any time by repeating this process.

Warning: Disabled accounts are still subject to inactivity fees as outlined in the Terms & Conditions on our website.

Close Your Account

Before closing your account, please ensure that all funds have been withdrawn. To permanently close your account, contact support.

Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you want to use CoinZoom in the future, you must create a new account.

Warning: Only you can withdraw your funds before closing your CoinZoom account. For security and compliance reasons, CoinZoom cannot send funds on your behalf in any form — including electronic transfers, checks, or any other payment method.
