I transferred EOS from Exodus to my coinzoom account and it is over 2 weeks now but the EOS is not in my coinzoom account. I have created tickets and I was told I would hear back from coin zoom in 24hrs but it is now over two weeks and no response. I really need someone to assist with this because I am it sure of what kind of business set up is this that we can not reach a physical customer support member in weeks
