A cryptocurrency wallet is a unique address used to store, send, or receive digital assets. Each cryptocurrency has its own wallet address, made up of a long string of letters and numbers.
Warning: A wallet can only receive the cryptocurrency it is made for.
Example: Sending ETH to a BTC wallet will result in a permanent loss of funds.
If you are receiving USDT, you must choose the correct network:
TRC20 β TRON network
ERC20 β Ethereum network
Sending USDT to the wrong network (TRC20 to ERC20 or vice versa) will result in lost funds. See this article for more information.
If a crypto requires a memo or tag, it must be included, or the funds may also be lost. See this article for more information.
How to find your CoinZoom wallet address
Open the Wallet tab
Scroll to the currency you want to receive.
Click receive for that currency.
Review and agree to the alert reminding you to send only the correct token to this address.
Your wallet address will be displayed as:
A long string of characters (letters and numbers)
A QR code for easy scanning
Share either the address or QR code with the sender to receive funds.
Changes to Your Wallet Address
CoinZoom may periodically change a wallet address if the custodial partner for that cryptocurrency changes. Any wallet address previously assigned to your account will always remain linked to it and can be reused safely for future payments. This means you may have multiple wallet addresses for the same currency in your account, all of which are valid for receiving funds.
